Donald Trump challenged Biden during a rally in South Florida, saying, “I am officially challenging President Joe Biden to an 18-hole golf match at the Blue Monster here in Doral, which is considered one of the best tournament golf courses in the world.”
Former US President Trump said that if this match happens, it will be one of the most watched matches in history. Perhaps it will be a bigger event than the Ryder Cup or the Masters. However, Trump said that he can bet that Biden will never accept this offer.
On Trump’s proposal to play golf, the Biden team said that the President does not have time for such big tasks.
Biden team rejected the offer
Meanwhile, the Biden team has rejected Trump’s offer. According to the New York Post, the president’s spokesman James Singer said in a statement, “Donald Trump was not seen in public for 12 days, now he is challenging the President of the United States to play golf.”
Biden’s spokesperson further said- We challenge Trump to create jobs, but during his government, about 30 lakh people lost their jobs in the country. We challenge Trump to face Putin, but he kneels before him. We ask Trump to follow the law but he does the opposite.
