During Operation Sindoor, India has caused heavy damage to Pakistan. The Pakistani Air Force has suffered the most damage. ANI has reported in a report quoting officials associated with Operation Sindoor that the Pakistani Air Force was helpless during India’s attack. It was not able to understand how to defend against the attack.
In Operation Sindoor against Pakistan, the Indian Air Force used air-launched cruise missiles, long-range weapons and a variety of loitering weapons.
Defence sources told ANI that the Indian Air Force carried out very precise attacks in Pakistan for four consecutive days. Pakistan has suffered so much damage due to this attack that it will take at least 5 years to recover.

The Indian Army had released a video a few days ago of the drone being shot down by tanks and short-range missiles.
India carried out the first attack on PAK air defense
The biggest battle between India and Pakistan took place on the night of 9 and 10 May, which lasted till the afternoon of 10 May. During this time India targeted airbases built in different areas of Pakistan. During this time India gave the message that it can go anywhere and Pakistan cannot stop it.
The Indian Air Force had decided that the first step would be to destroy Pakistan’s air defence system. It was deployed along the entire border with Pakistan, and it included old American and Chinese radar systems and HQ-9 surface-to-air missiles acquired from China, which had a range of more than 250 kilometres.
The Indian Air Force attacked radar stations in Pakistani Punjab and used Harop and Harpy drones to destroy them. About four to five radar stations and a launcher of a Chinese missile system were destroyed by India.
The surveillance capability of Pakistan Air Force was significantly reduced after the air defence system was dismantled in a big city like Lahore.
Starting with attacks on terrorist hideouts
India started attacking Pakistan on the night of 6 and 7 May. India attacked terrorist hideouts in Pakistan. These hideouts included areas like Bahawalpur and Muridke in Pakistan’s Punjab state.
In response to this, on the evening of 8 May, Pakistan tried to attack India’s air defense system. It used Turkish and Chinese drones, but it did not succeed.
India’s air defense was fully active and every weapon from small arms to large air defense systems was ready. These weapons caused a lot of damage to Pakistan’s drones.
The Indian Army also used heavy artillery and rocket launchers on the other side of the border to keep the Pakistani Army engaged and inflict heavy damage on it.

During Operation Sindoor, enemy attacks were responded to with tanks.
Contact with the control center was lost due to India’s attack
On May 9, the Indian Air Force took aggressive action and attacked Pakistan’s Chaklala, Sargodha and Murid airbases. The command and control centers (C2 centers) present at these bases were destroyed.
India targeted these bases with three major weapons – these include the world’s fastest supersonic cruise missiles, Rampage and Scalp. Fighter aircraft like Mirage, Rafale, Su-30 and MiG-29 have been equipped with these missiles in the last few years.
The destruction of all three C2 centers resulted in the loss of Pakistani Air Force. There was no communication between their aircraft and ground stations. This caused a serious setback to their Air Force and they were unable to decide anything.
PAK missiles fell on Indian soil without exploding
According to sources, the weapons used by Pakistan were of very poor quality. Some missiles fell on the ground without exploding, which were later found by the local people and handed over to the Indian Army.
On the morning of 10 May, the Indian Air Force attacked again. It targeted airports near Sargodha, Rafiki, Rahimyar Khan, Jacobabad, Bholari and Karachi. The aim of these attacks was to prevent Pakistan from taking decisions and put it in a state of confusion.
India carried out these attacks from its own territory, using long-range precision weapons. The missiles fell directly on their targets and caused massive destruction. A hangar in Bholari was targeted, which housed some fighter jets of the Pakistan Air Force and an airborne radar aircraft. The attack was so powerful that Pakistan has not yet been able to begin removing the debris from there.
The runway at an airbase in Punjab was also attacked, due to which no flight could take off from there for 8 hours. These attacks were monitored by India’s satellites and Aerial Warning System (AWACS) aircraft.
Terrorists got a message from Operation Sindoor
At the very beginning of Operation Sindoor, India’s top leadership had given a message to the army that the attacks should be so massive that a clear message is sent to the supporters of the terrorists present in the Pakistani army.
It was made clear to the army from the very beginning that they were not to be satisfied with just light or low-impact attacks. They were given the freedom to act with full force. Pictures of the devastation caused by the missiles appeared on social media and Pakistani networks. It is clearly seen how the missiles enter through a small hole in the roofs and completely destroy the buildings inside.
A similar example was seen in the Jaish-e-Mohammed building, which was targeted by the Indian Air Force in the 2019 Balakot attack. There too, there was a small hole in the roof, but there was huge devastation inside.
The special weapons used by the Indian Air Force had the ability to identify and track targets on their own. The video footage obtained from these weapons has been shown to top military and government officials, confirming the success of the attack.
